Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VMX MEDIA LLC ("VMX MEDIA", "we"), which operates the website findyourliberty.com under the name Find Your Liberty, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit the site or submit the request form.
Find Your Liberty is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are an advertising service that connects people with independent, U.S.-licensed immigration law firms that pay to receive requests.
1. Who is responsible for your data
VMX MEDIA LLC, a limited liability company formed in the state of Wyoming, located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact email: hola@findyourliberty.com.
2. What data we collect
Data you give us in the form
- First and last name.
- Cell phone number and email address.
- Preferred language for the call.
- Your answers to the form: the type of immigration case or your situation (for example, whether you are married or engaged to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident), who is filling out the form, whether the person lives inside or outside the U.S., how they entered the U.S., their current immigration status, whether they are in deportation proceedings, detained or out on bond, whether they have or have had an attorney, what you would like to do, whether you could pay attorney fees, the ZIP code, and the description of your situation that you write.
- Your consent to be contacted, with the exact text you agreed to and the date and time.
Some of these answers are information about immigration status. We only use and share it for the purposes described in this policy. The form does not ask for documents or identification numbers; please do not include them in your description.
Data collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and device (user agent).
- The page you arrived on, the referring page and campaign parameters (for example, utm_source or fbclid).
- Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc) and a unique request ID.
3. How we use your data
- To set up the free initial review you requested with a participating law firm.
- To contact you by phone call, text message or WhatsApp about your request, as you consented.
- To measure and improve our advertising and the website.
- To prevent fraud, spam and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share your data with
- Participating law firm. We share your contact details and your answers with the independent immigration law firm that will review your request. That firm pays us to receive requests and will use your data under its own privacy policy.
- Legal request networks. We may also share your request, your answers and your contact details with networks that connect requests with law firms, and with the law firms and attorneys in those networks. They may pay to receive the request and may contact you as you consented. If you want to know who your request was sent to, write to us and we will tell you.
- Service providers that help us operate, for example: web hosting (Cloudflare), contact management and messaging (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), request distribution and advertising (Meta Platforms). They may only use your data to provide their services to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
- A buyer or successor, in the event of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business.
5. Text messages, WhatsApp and calls
If you checked the consent box, Find Your Liberty and the law firms, attorneys and legal service networks it shares your request with may contact you by phone call, text message or WhatsApp at the number you provided, and by email, about your request and to set up the review, including with automated systems, artificial voices or prerecorded messages, and even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service, and you can withdraw it at any time. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or email us at hola@findyourliberty.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram work (for example, whether someone submitted the form after seeing an ad). Meta may receive data such as your IP address, browser information and the actions you take on this site. We may also share an event ID with Meta so the same event is not counted twice.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Meta account. Learn more inMeta's privacy policy.
This site also stores your answers temporarily in your browser (sessionStorage) so they are not lost if you go back; they are deleted when you close the tab or submit the request.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, for example while your request is active and to follow up on setting up your review, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We regularly review the data we keep and delete or anonymize what is no longer needed.
If you reply STOP or withdraw your consent, we will stop sending you messages. We may still keep the record of your consent and of your opt-out for at least five years, to meet legal obligations and to show that we respected your choice. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except for information the law allows or requires us to keep.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we collect, use, share or sell, and get a copy.
- Ask us to delete your personal data, with some exceptions.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal data (the immigration information in the form may be considered sensitive; see section 2).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of data described in section 2 (identifiers, internet activity information and data you provide in the form) from the sources described above, for the purposes in section 3, and have shared them with the categories of recipients in section 4.
To exercise your rights, email us at hola@findyourliberty.com with the subject "Privacy rights". We will verify your identity before responding. You may designate an authorized agent to submit the request for you. We will respond within the time the law requires.
10. Minors
This site is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with its update date.
