These Terms of Use govern your use of the website findyourliberty.com ("the site"), operated by VMX MEDIA LLC("VMX MEDIA", "we") under the name Find Your Liberty. By using the site or submitting the form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What Find Your Liberty is

Find Your Liberty is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are an advertising service that connects people with independent, U.S.-licensed immigration law firms ("participating firms") that pay to receive requests. This site is attorney advertising.

We do not recommend or endorse any particular attorney, and we make no claims about the quality of their services. The participating firms are independent and are solely responsible for the legal services they provide.

2. No attorney-client relationship

Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with Find Your Liberty, with VMX MEDIA or with any firm. That relationship only exists if you and a firm agree to it directly, usually in writing. Do not send confidential or urgent information through this site.

3. The free initial review

The initial review with the attorney is free. It is a chance to talk about your situation and what needs to be evaluated. It does not include preparing applications, handling the whole process or paying government fees. Requesting the review does not oblige you to hire anyone. If the firm offers additional services, it will explain what they include and what they cost before you decide.

The form does not determine whether you qualify for any immigration benefit. No result can be guaranteed: decisions on any application are made by the immigration authorities. Submitting the form does not start any immigration process. Whether a review is available depends on the participating firms and on location.

4. Your information and your communications

You agree to give true information and to use your own phone number or one you are authorized to use. How we use and share your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you give your consent, Find Your Liberty and the law firms, attorneys and legal service networks it shares your request with may contact you by phone call, text message or WhatsApp, including with automated systems, artificial voices or prerecorded messages, about your request and to set up the review. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service, and you can withdraw it at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages or HELP for help.

5. Permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the form. You may not use the site to send false information or someone else's information without their permission, send spam, try to access our systems without authorization or interfere with how the site works.

6. Site content

The content of the site is for general information only and is not legal advice. Immigration laws and processes change and every case is different. The Find Your Liberty brand, logos and site content belong to VMX MEDIA or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, VMX MEDIA makes no warranties of any kind about the site or the services of the participating firms, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or third-party services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its update date.
